We Do It All

This phase is the most important and where "the rubber hits the road!" This stage will reveal the budget, timelines and scope of the project.  It is the most detailed stage and the stage that will require a considerable amount of your time and effort to make sure that we are all on "the same page" as we move forward with your project.  Expectations will be set and a clear plan put in place to take us from start to finish. This is also where we'll tell you to "Expect the Unexpected!" and that at some point in the project, flexibility and the ability to "pivot" is going to be required!

This is where the fun begins! Once demolition starts, we are well on our way!  It is our job to make sure that every tradesperson that works on your project is kept accountable for their work and timelines as promised. The vast majority of our work lies in keeping things moving along smoothly and making sure that every last detail of your project is realized as planned.

The last step in any project. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
